Volleyball

Volleyball

Club and pickup — Libero by instinct.

Volleyball is my go-to sport for staying competitive and social. I play club and pickup regularly, and I gravitate toward the Libero position — digging balls and running the defense is the kind of pattern recognition I enjoy. It’s fast, it’s team-driven, and it keeps me sharp.

Working Out

Working Out

Consistency over intensity.

The gym is where I reset. I train 4–5 days a week with a focus on strength and conditioning. There’s something satisfying about progressive overload — small, measurable gains over time. It’s the same mindset I bring to engineering: show up, put in the reps, improve incrementally.

Cars

Cars

JDM builds, track days, and everything in between.

Cars are a serious interest — not just driving them but understanding them. I follow the JDM scene closely, enjoy learning about engine builds and suspension setups, and love the intersection of mechanical engineering and performance. If there’s a meet or track day nearby, I’m there.

Eating

Eating

Good food, always — ramen to fine dining.

Food is one of my favorite ways to explore a city or celebrate with people I care about. I’m into everything from late-night ramen spots to trying new cuisines — I eat pretty much anything and I’m always down to find the best version of whatever’s around.

F1

F1

Strategy, speed, and marginal gains.

Formula 1 is the sport I follow most obsessively. I’m as interested in the aerodynamics and tire strategy as I am in the racing itself. The engineering arms race between teams is genuinely fascinating — it’s motorsport, but also applied physics and competitive systems design at the highest level.

Family and Friends

Family & Friends

The people who keep me grounded.

At the end of the day, the people around me matter most. Whether it’s a family dinner, a road trip with friends, or just hanging out — those moments are what I work for. I’m lucky to have a tight group around me, and I make time for them no matter how busy school gets.
